Publication ethics

The publisher strives to comply with the highest standards of scientific ethics, ensuring transparency and objectivity at every stage of editorial work.

Principles that are mandatory for our authors

  1. Originality and honesty
All articles submitted to ''Professional Bulletin'' must be the result of original research. Authors are required to present their data and conclusions honestly, avoiding any form of falsification, fabrication or manipulation of results.

  2. No plagiarism
Authors must ensure that their work is original and that all material and ideas are properly cited. Plagiarism, including the unauthorized use of text, ideas, images, or data is strictly prohibited.

  3. Correct authorship
The list of authors should include only those individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research. It is unethical to add "honest" authorship or to exclude those who deserve to be listed as co-authors. All authors must agree with the final version of the manuscript and give their consent for publication.

  4. Reliable citation
Authors must correctly cite works that have influenced their research and ensure that all references are accurate. Providing false information when citing is an ethical violation.

  5. Conflict of interest
Authors are required to disclose any financial or personal conflicts of interest that might influence the interpretation of the data or the results of the study.

  6. Ethical standards for experiments
If the study involves experiments involving humans or animals, authors must comply with relevant international and national ethical standards. It is necessary to indicate that the study was approved by the relevant ethics committees and provide information about the consent obtained from the participants (if applicable).

  7. Correcting errors
If authors discover serious errors or inaccuracies in their published work, they are obliged to immediately notify the editors and cooperate in correcting or retracting the publication.

Adherence to these principles ensures high standards of scientific integrity and helps increase trust in the publications of our publishing house.

Improving the author's reputation

Ethical behavior enhances the credibility of an author's research results among both colleagues and the public, which increases the value and impact of the author's publications.

Avoiding the consequences

Violation of ethical standards (e.g. plagiarism or data falsification) may result in complete retraction of publications, legal problems and disqualification of the author by scientific journals.

02

Increasing your chances of publication

Most scientific journals require adherence to ethical standards such as originality of research, absence of plagiarism, correct citation, and fair presentation of data.

04

Promoting the development of science

Compliance with ethical publishing practices helps to disseminate reliable data, which is necessary for scientific research and the practical application of research.

Consequences of publishing unethical research in our publishing house

  1. Article retraction
In case of detection of facts of plagiarism or falsification of data, the publishing house ''Professional Bulletin'' immediately retracts the publication. This process is accompanied by an official notification posted on the website of the publishing house and in the relevant databases, explaining the reasons for the retraction of the article.

  2. Notification of Authors and Institutions
All co-authors of the article will be notified of any violation of ethical standards. In case of serious violations, the publisher will also inform the academic and scientific institutions with which the author(s) is associated, as well as the organizations that provided funding for the study.

  3. Ban on further publications
Authors found guilty of plagiarism or falsification of data are deprived of the opportunity to submit their manuscripts for publication in journals of the ''Professional Bulletin'' publishing house for an indefinite period or until the editorial board decides on the possibility of restoring their right to publication.

  4. Transfer of data to international databases
Information about identified violations will be transferred to international databases and other scientific publishers to prevent re-submission of these materials in other scientific journals.

  5. Internal investigation
The publisher will conduct an internal investigation to analyze the reasons for the omission of unethical materials at the review and publication stages. Based on the results of this investigation, additional control measures may be introduced to prevent similar cases in the future.
